Archiving / Restoring Entities in Replug

In Replug, the archive function authorizes you to easily archive entities. It includes brands, campaigns, and links that are not part of an active campaign anymore. Also, you can restore those archived items or campaigns whenever you want.

This feature with Replug immensely helps you get rid of the clutter and any projects on which you are not working currently will not be shown inside the menu.

Archive Entity:

Log into your Replug account and you'll see the Replug Dashboard.

Select any entity which you want to archive. Let's take the Brands as an example.

Hover over to Manage and then Brand which is located on the navigation menu and click on it.

Select the entity which you want to archive, by clicking on the icon (...) placed on the right side.

Click on the Archive.

A pop-up appears on your screen, click on the Yes button to archive your brand entity.

Restore Entity:

If you want to restore your brand entity, then follow the below-mentioned steps:

In the first step, you have to select the entity which you want to unarchive.

Click on Manage and then Brand from the navigation bar.

On the right side of the dashboard, you are able to see the option of Show Archive brands.

Select the brand entity and click on the Unarchive icon to restore.

A pop-up appears on the screen, click on the Yes button to proceed.
