Benchmark Email Integration.

Let's talk about the other integration within Replug is Benchmark Email in which it allows you to create ongoing customer engagement through email marketing. Benchmark’s user-friendly interface includes a Drag and Drop Editor that makes it easy to design your emails, adding images and videos with ease. 

Below are the basic steps which help you to understand how you can integrate Benchmark Email with Replug.

Step 1 Access your Benchmark Email API key

To integrate your Benchmark Email account with Replug you need to get an API key to move forward. So in order to access your API key, click to the User Icon > Integration > API key on the left side  You'll find your key.

Step 2  Connect to Replug

In the first step, you need to login to your Replug account. Go to the  Settings > Integrations and click on the Connect button in front of Benchmark Email.

Step 3 Input Credentials

Now, enter your API key and click on the  Connect button to connect with Replug.

 After this, It will ask you in which email list you want to send your lead/subscriber information. Choose your lists and click on the Save button to connect your Benchmark Email account successfully with Replug

Step 4  Select the CTA type

When building up the campaign in, now you have an option to select benchmark in CTA, account, email list and we will reveal your BenchMark email list.

Step 5 You're Done

If you have connected your campaign to Benchmark and data is not being passed to your Email mailing list, these are the most common reasons as to why

Email already in the Benchmark mailing list
The email address entered into the campaign may already be in your Benchmark mailing list, so it will not be added again.

The user did not opt-in
The user did not click the link in their double opt-in confirmation email that was sent to them. If they don't click that link, they won't be added to your email mailing list.

Delay in reporting
Benchmark is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
