Step 1 Connect to Sendpulse

Log into your Replug account, go to the Settings and click on the integration and there you'll see a list of integration service and click on the Connect button in front of Sendpulse

Step 2 How you can grab your Sendpulse API key

You need Sendpulse API and Secret key while connecting your account with Replug. In order to access your key, you need to log into your Sendpulse account.

Hover over to User icon and click on the Account Setting, Now you need to click on the API to get your token which is on the navigation bar.

Step 3 Input Credential

Moving forward, when you're connecting your Sendpulse account with Replug then they will ask you about API and secret key. Enter your credential into the field and also select the list, so your Sendpulse list can be connected with Replug.

Step 4 You're Connected

While creating a campaign, you have the option to select Sendpulse in CTA type. After that, you need to select your email and list. After that, you have to create a Replug link. Copy it and share it on your social media channel.


If you are connected your campaign to Sendpulse and email addresses are not added to your list, then there are common reasons as to why:

Email already in the Sendpulse list 

The email address entered into the campaign may already be on your Sendpulse email list, so it will not be added again

The user did not opt-in
The user did not click the link in their double opt-in confirmation email that was sent to them. If they don't click that link, they won't be added to your list.

Delay in reporting
Sendpulse is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
