Mautic Integration

Mautic offers the first open marketing cloud, enabling companies to connect all their digital properties and channels into a seamless customer experience. Here are some steps mentioned below which help you to understand the integration of Mautic with

Step 1  Connect Mautic

Hover over to Settings, click on the Integration and various integration services will be apparent on your screen. Click on the Connect button in front of Mautic integration.

Step 2 Find your Mautic API key

In order to find your API key, log into your Mautic account, hover over to User icon and click on the API Credentials.

Step 3  Input Credentials 

In this step, you need to input your credentials, includes your Mautic username, password, and URL. So you can connect your Mautic account with Replug.

Step 4  Connect to Replug

In this step, you need to build up the campaign, select Mautic in CTA type as an email provider, and select your account and add tags.

Account: You need to select your account which you had already signed up for Mautic account
Tags: They will be passed when any of your visitors submit the form which will help you to segment the data and you can easily see which lead is coming through your replug links.

After this, create a Replug link and copy that link and paste it into your social media.


If you are connected your campaign to Mautic and email addresses are not added to your list, then there are common reasons as to why:

Email already in the Mautic list
The email address entered into the campaign may already be on your Mautic email list, so it will not be added again

The user did not opt-in
The user did not click the link in their double opt-in confirmation email that was sent to them. If they don't click that link, they won't be added to your list

Delay in reporting

Mautic is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
