ActiveCampaign Integration

ActiveCampign offers you to create an email, send newsletters and messages to target the customer's interest. to each contact’s interests. It also helps to measure your marketing activities by creating customizable, automated goals.

This guide will show you how can integrate your lead-gen forms with ActiveCampaign so that you can start sending names and email addresses right into any ActiveCampaign list.

Step 1 Connect to ActiveCampaign

Go to the " Integrations" page from profile settings. You will see a list of your integrated services with Replug. Click on the "Connect" button.

Step 2 Input Credentials

After you clicked on the Connect button, you will be asked to input your ActiveCampaign credential to access the API key and URL. Each ActiveCampaign account is associated with API key and API URL as soon as your account is created on their platform.

Go to Setting, which's located on the navigation bar.

In the next screen, you can view the Developer under the setting section, where you could find the API key and URL. Copy it.

Paste the API key and URL, which you have copied earlier.

Step 3 Choose a list

Once you have successfully connected, you will need to select the lists that you would like to integrate with the Replug platform. After that click on the Save button.

Step 4 Create a campaign

Create a campaign in the Replug, select the ActiveCampaign as an email service provider in the CTA type, select the project name from where you can collect all the data and Save the campaign.

That's it, you're all set and we will send any names and email addresses right into that ActiveCampaign list.

Troubleshooting

If you have connected your campaigns to Active campaign and email addresses are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:

Email already in ActiveCampaign list
The email address entered into the  lead-gen form may already be in your ActiveCampaign list, so it will not be added again.
User did not opt-in
The user did not click the link in their double opt-in confirmation email that was sent to them. If they don't click that link, they won't be added to your list.
Delay in reporting
ActiveCampaign is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
