This guide will show you how can integrate your lead-gen forms with GetResponse so that you can start sending names and email addresses right into any GetResponse list.
Step 1 Connect to GetResponse
Go to the Integrations page from profile settings. You will see a list of your integrated services with Replug. Click on the Connect button.
Step 2 Input Credentials
After you click on the Connect button, you will be asked to input your GetResponse API Key.
In order to get your API Key, login to your GetResponse account and go to My Account > Account Details > API & OAuth.
Step 3 Choose a list
Once you have successfully connected, you will need to select the lists that you would like to integrate with the Replug platform. After that click on the save button.
Step 4 You're connected
That's it, you're all set. You can now select the GetResponse option in your call-to-action, and we will send any names and email addresses right into that GetResponse list.
If you have connected your call-to-action to GetResponse and email addresses are not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:
Email already in GetResponse list
The email address entered into the lead-gen form may already be in your GetResponse list, so it will not be added again.
User did not opt-in
The user did not click the link in their double opt-in confirmation email that was sent to them. If they don't click that link, they won't be added to your list.
Delay in reporting
GetResponse is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
